How is this different from sending our team to Coursera or Udemy?
Recorded content teaches vocabulary. Our cohorts teach judgement — learners work through real production scenarios with a live mentor, get their PRs reviewed, and are held to a cohort deadline. Completion rates are 6-10x higher than passive video courses.
Can you align the cohort to our sprint / quarter calendar?
Yes for private cohorts. We'll pick a start date + weekly session slot that fits your engineering calendar. Public cohorts have fixed schedules (see individual program pages).
Do you offer completion certificates?
Yes — every learner who completes the cohort earns a Nuvix certificate with a public verification URL. Bulk-download for L&D records available via the admin panel.
What happens if a learner drops out mid-cohort?
First cohort: full refund for that seat, no questions asked. Subsequent cohorts: we credit the seat to your next enrollment. Learner can also switch cohorts one time at no cost.
