By accessing or using the Nuvix platform you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be able to form a binding contract to enrol in a paid programme.

Programme fees are shown at checkout, inclusive of applicable taxes. Enrolment is confirmed once payment is successfully processed. Access is granted for the programme and duration described at purchase.

Refund requests are governed by our refund window and reviewed by our team. Where approved, refunds are returned through the original payment method.

Course material is licensed to you for personal learning. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share programme content, recordings, or assessments without written permission.

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Nuvix is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified on this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
